If you want to lead a game-changing team, you’ve got to start within.

Chances are you’ve felt the stress of the leader who is running themselves ragged. They’re brilliant yet burnt out. Successful yet stuck. Maybe you’ve even been that boss yourself.

Coaching is like creating a glitch in the Matrix. It’s about temporarily pulling yourself out of the chaos of the day and reconnecting with what matters most.

I’m an expert in coaching creative tech professionals, though I am more of a village wise woman. I coach from a place of compassion and intuition, challenging your perspective while offering tools and practices to broaden your view and foster success in all areas of your life.

If you want to nurture a motivated team, leadership coaching is the most productive thing you can put in your calendar.

Confession—my choice to become a coach was a selfish one.

The year was 2009, and not many knew what leadership coaching was. I had spent years climbing the corporate ladder, pouring myself into positions where supportive, company culture and mindfulness in the workplace were not yet contemporary vernacular.

Something was missing, and I did not feel on-purpose. It was not a sustainable path for this rebel-hearted lover of humans.

A colleague mentioned they were working with a coach. I was curious. I hired that coach. That coaching engagement was a jazz-hands-moment-of-knowing that changed the trajectory of my life in ways that can still be felt by everyone around me.

I believe with unwavering faith that by connecting my clients to their own brilliance, I help them unlock (and sometimes remember) the tools that allow them to fully show up for themselves and for everything in their lives.

This can create a ripple in the pond for them to do the same for others. And here lies the power to transform entire companies, industries, and the world.

I describe my coaching style as a ‘Mama Bear’.  Serving others feeds my soul. It's why I'm here, and it's what lights me up.

“Nicole’s insight and coaching spreads across a team, helping inspire people to bring the best version of themselves to the table.”

In our coaching sessions, she has been a guiding light to help me better understand how to be an effective leader, how to have more authentic conversations, and the power of feedback & development. Aside from all of these qualities that make Nicole an awesome person to work with, she's just a good person, funny and truly someone you want to be around.

Nobody gets to the top of their game without a coach.  You’ve gotten this far on your own. If you’re ready to play bigger, I’m waving you in.
