All data collected through our website is controlled by Nicole Leighton Coaching and Consulting and through our third-party service providers. The data is stored on servers located in the United States of America and Canada.  Additional data may be stored our third-party providers such as email services.

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, phone number, company, IP address, and questionnaire information.

Your data is used for sending newsletters, improving our services, customizing content for you, outreach or sending professional development information you may be interested in.

Data sharing

We only share information with third-parties who are working on our behalf. We only provide the required information to third-parties in order for them to complete their functions. This includes email service providers which we use to send out subscription newsletters and/or updates and other integration or scheduling tools to help better serve you. Your information will never be sold. Never. Really.

Data retention

Personal data that we process will not be kept longer than necessary.

If you sign up for newsletters or other posts, your information will be stored for as long as you are an active member. You can easily unsubscribe at any time. Once you unsubscribe your data will be completely deleted from our systems.

If you complete a form on our website we will retain your data up to 60 days after last communication.

Google Analytics data will be stored for 26 months on Google’s servers. Periodically, we purge data of members who have been inactive for a period of time.

As a User you have these rights:
